Paramount Performance Products X275 Jeep

Well there is no telling what might show up at one of the biggest drag races of the season at Lights Out 6, but this little jewel right here. It is a 2007 SRT8 Jeep from Paramount Performance Products running in X275. Piloting this little beast is Al Gennarelli, crew chief responsibilities by Jason Hensley and owned by Bill Schurr. They told Drag Radial Media they were just coming out to play and hoping to run in the high 4’s. The Jeep had recently been completed and ready to make a name for itself. CSP_9708_09_10_tonemapped-2

Crew Chief Jason Hensley says the power plant is a 426 Gen 3 Hemi with twin 67mm turbos. They ran their first personal best with this set up and it happened at Mooresville Dragway when they went 5.27 e.t. @ 138 mph with a 60 ft of 1.27. They have had the Jeep on the dyno in which it made 1358 Ft. Lbs at 21 psi at the rear tires. So far at Lights out they have improved to 5.09 e.t @ 138 mph and a 60 ft of 1.22.

Bill Schurr owner of Paramount Performance Products located in Rock Hill, North Carolina says they are here to just have fun and get some interest out there for the company and the Jeep. Bill says they can not believe how much attention the Jeep has had since it is surrounded by nearly a 1000 race cars. CSP_9699-2

Bill says he would like to thank some of the great companies involved with making this all come together those being Ultimate Converter Concepts,  AGP Performance and Modern Muscle Swing over to Paramount Performance Products website to see what they can do for you.

So if your down at South Georgia Motorsports Park at Lights Out 6 stop by and check out this beauty and make sure you keep an eye on it during the 2015 racing season.CSP_1233
